Refunds and cancellations
This policy covers advisory consultations offered by Page Branch Core Advisory Co., Ltd., including growth roadmap engagements, assessments, founder sessions, and retainers.
Eligibility
Fees are charged for professional advisory time and deliverables. Refunds depend on how much work has started, notice given, and whether a deposit or full fee was collected under a written confirmation.
Timeframe to request
Refund requests should be emailed to hello@page-branchcore.click within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, cancellation confirmation or missed deliverable date), unless a longer period is required by applicable Thai law.
Full or partial refunds
- Before kickoff: If you cancel more than 7 days before the agreed start date and no discovery work has begun, we refund prepaid fees minus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred with your approval.
- After kickoff: Fees for work already performed (interviews completed, workshops held, drafts delivered) are non-refundable. Unused future portions of a fixed engagement may be partially refunded or credited at our discretion, documented in writing.
- Retainer months: Quarterly retainers billed in advance are non-refundable for days already elapsed; unused future months within the quarter may be reviewed case by case if notice is given before the next monthly check-in.
Non-refundable items
- Completed founder strategy sessions after the session date
- Delivered assessment memos and final roadmaps
- Approved travel, venue, or materials costs already spent
- Deposits explicitly marked non-refundable in an engagement confirmation to reserve advisor calendar time within 7 days of start
Cancellation and rescheduling
Please give at least 5 business days’ notice to reschedule workshops or sessions. Late cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the session fee or require a reschedule fee of up to 30% to cover reserved advisor time. We will propose alternative Bangkok dates when calendars allow.
No-shows
If the client sponsor or agreed attendees do not attend a booked session without notice, that session is treated as delivered for fee purposes. A replacement session may be offered at an additional fee.
Work already started
Once discovery interviews or document review have begun, prepaid amounts corresponding to completed stages are earned. Remaining stages may be paused by mutual written agreement.
Refund process and timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank transfer refunds within Thailand may require confirmation of account details. We will confirm the amount in writing before transfer.
Exceptions
If we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control and no suitable restart date is agreed, you may receive a full refund of prepaid unused fees. Statutory rights under Thai law that cannot be waived remain available.
